Human Resource Business Partner

This is a strategic and hands-on HR role partnering closely with leaders and frontline teams in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and coach, helping managers navigate employee relations, performance, engagement, and organizational challenges.
The position offers meaningful influence across areas such as career development, compensation, retention, recognition, and change management.
You’ll use HR data and workforce insights to identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
Working closely with approximately 275 non-exempt employees, you’ll balance strategic partnership with day-to-day employee and manager support.
