This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and continuously improving enterprise HR technology through the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. You will help create secure, intuitive, employee-centric solutions that modernize HR services and improve the experience of employees and HR teams. The role spans HR case management, knowledge management, Employee Center, lifecycle events, employee journeys, workflows, and enterprise integrations. You will work closely with HR product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional technology teams in an agile environment. Your expertise will help translate complex HR requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
