Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester based in United States.

This role combines business analysis, requirements engineering, and software testing within an Agile ServiceNow environment supporting U.S. Department of Defense customers.
You will work directly with client representatives to translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
The position plays a critical role in validating ServiceNow capabilities and ensuring solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
You will design and execute comprehensive test procedures, manage defects, and help protect existing functionality throughout each release.
Working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and operations teams, you will help drive successful sprint delivery.
The role offers an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical technology programs while applying ServiceNow expertise in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
This is a fully remote position with core working hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
