Oracle HCM Consultant- Core HR and Payroll

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant – Core HR and Payroll based in the United States.

This is a senior, client-facing consulting role focused on delivering Oracle Cloud HCM transformations from discovery through post-production support.
You will serve as a functional lead and trusted advisor, with deep expertise in Core HR and working knowledge of Oracle Payroll.
The role combines hands-on configuration, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic consulting.
You will lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and guide clients through complex implementation decisions.
You will collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, data conversion, reporting, testing, and deployment.
The environment is remote or client-site based, with opportunities to work on complex and potentially global transformation projects.
This role is well suited to an experienced Oracle HCM professional who enjoys ownership, client interaction, problem-solving, and mentoring others.
