Sales Training Specialist

This role is an opportunity to shape how a high-performing sales organization learns, develops, and delivers results.
You’ll own the sales onboarding experience while building training programs that connect product knowledge, sales methodology, and construction-industry expertise.
The position combines instructional design, facilitation, coaching, content creation, and performance analytics.
You’ll work directly with new and experienced sales representatives through training sessions, live call shadowing, and individualized feedback.
Your programs will evolve continuously based on ramp time, quota attainment, assessment results, and learner feedback.
Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams, you’ll ensure training stays aligned with business priorities and market needs.
