Sales Director, Pharma Delivery Systems

This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity focused on growing pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing partnerships across the U.S. and international markets.
You will lead complex, consultative sales engagements with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations.
The role combines executive relationship building, strategic business development, technical solution positioning, and commercial leadership.
You will help customers access integrated CDMO and drug delivery capabilities spanning development through commercial launch.
Success will require close collaboration with operations, quality, engineering, finance, legal, and supply chain teams to create differentiated solutions.
You will own a strategic pipeline, drive new business and account expansion, and maintain strong financial discipline across major pursuits.
With significant customer interaction and approximately 50% travel, this role is suited to an experienced healthcare sales leader who thrives in complex, high-value environments.
