PS Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PS Consultant based in India.

This is a customer-facing professional services role focused on delivering and supporting complex cloud-based customer experience solutions. You will work across implementation, technical consulting, troubleshooting, testing, and post-production support. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with close collaboration across customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to strategic and large-scale engagements while helping ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The position offers exposure to cloud communications, digital channels, integrations, and enterprise technology environments. It is well suited to a technically strong consultant who enjoys solving complex problems and working directly with customers. The role also provides opportunities to develop broader product expertise, contribute to process improvements, and grow within a global, AI-focused technology environment.
