As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical consultant, leading customer engagements from initial kickoff through implementation and handover. You’ll help engineering organizations design, configure, and scale their Engineering Operations environments while solving complex technical challenges. The role combines customer partnership, technical implementation, solution design, and enablement. You’ll work with engineers, platform teams, product leaders, engineering executives, and CTOs to translate complex systems into practical solutions. Your work will directly influence customer adoption, operational maturity, and engineering efficiency.
