People Operations Generalist

This is a full-time, remote People Operations role supporting employees throughout the full employment lifecycle.
You’ll serve as a trusted first point of contact for HR questions while helping deliver a seamless employee experience.
The role focuses primarily on the Americas, with opportunities to contribute to global People Operations programs.
You’ll manage onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, benefits, employee data, compliance training, and HR systems.
You’ll also support compensation, promotion, engagement, and other company-wide people initiatives.
