Field Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Operations Manager based in the United States.

This leadership role oversees field operations, partnership growth, and business development across a broad geographic territory.
You will lead a team of 5–10 partnership engagement professionals responsible for generating leads, recruiting students, and expanding strategic accounts.
The position combines people leadership, territory strategy, performance management, training, and hands-on business development.
You’ll use data and operational metrics to identify opportunities, improve team effectiveness, and drive sustainable enrollment growth.
The role also partners closely with admissions, registration, marketing, and training teams to continuously improve processes and student outcomes.
