You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to market and hospital leaders, helping them make thoughtful, effective people decisions. The role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on coaching, employee relations, talent development, and organizational support. You will spend significant time in the field, building credibility with leaders and employees while staying closely connected to operational realities. Using people data and field insights, you will identify patterns, manage risks, and turn workforce trends into practical recommendations.
