LTD Claims Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a LTD Claims Consultant based in United States.

This role supports the effective and accurate management of Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims while helping improve service delivery and operational performance.
You will provide technical guidance to claims teams and serve as a subject matter expert on complex claims and adjudication matters.
The position plays an important role in improving claim decision quality, management accuracy, and turnaround times.
You will identify root causes, assess risks, and develop practical solutions that strengthen processes and efficiency.
The role offers opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement programs.
You will also coach and mentor colleagues while promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and high standards of customer service.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to company offices as business needs require.
