L2 System Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a L2 System Administrator based in United States.

This fully remote role provides L2 systems administration and infrastructure support within an enterprise environment.
You will work across Windows and Linux systems, supporting servers, workstations, virtualization platforms, networks, and core IT services.
The position combines hands-on troubleshooting with infrastructure maintenance, security, performance monitoring, and IT service management.
You will investigate complex technical issues, resolve escalated tickets, and help keep critical systems reliable and secure.
The role also includes advanced desktop support, system deployments, asset management, backup and recovery, and hardware troubleshooting.
You’ll work independently while collaborating with technical teams and maintaining clear documentation and professional communication.
