This remote role supports the end-to-end coordination and fulfillment of residential mortgage appraisal orders across a range of loan types.
You’ll manage appraisal requests, monitor their progress, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and within established timelines.
The position serves as an important link between loan origination and processing teams, appraisers, appraisal management companies, vendors, and customers.
You’ll work with industry platforms and workflow tools to maintain efficient processes, accurate records, and timely communication.
Success in this role requires strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
The role is particularly suited to someone familiar with mortgage appraisal processes who enjoys a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time remote position operating on Pacific Standard Time hours to support the West Coast region.
