As a Hiring Services Specialist, you’ll play a central role in connecting families with exceptional household support professionals. You’ll combine recruiting, client service, candidate sourcing, sales outreach, and administrative coordination to deliver a smooth hiring experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with families to understand their needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies and role descriptions. You’ll also own a designated geographic territory, proactively building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a highly relationship-driven position where communication, judgment, organization, and initiative are essential.
