Head of Client Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Client Operations based in South Africa.

As Head of Client Operations, you will own the client experience from onboarding through campaign delivery, performance, and retention.
You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 active client relationships while ensuring campaigns consistently deliver measurable results.
The role combines client success leadership with hands-on cold email strategy, campaign optimization, and operational execution.
You will diagnose performance and deliverability challenges, improve messaging, and work closely with outreach and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
You will also build scalable processes, SOPs, QA frameworks, and reporting systems that allow client operations to grow without compromising quality.
Working directly with senior leadership, you will provide visibility into client health, risks, campaign performance, and operational priorities.
