This role supports the operational backbone of fundraising activities, ensuring donor data, gift processing, and fundraising systems remain accurate and reliable. You’ll help create smooth and positive experiences for donors while enabling fundraising teams to work efficiently. The position combines database administration, donation processing, reporting, communications, and process support. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, fundraising professionals, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong data integrity and effective workflows. The role also offers opportunities to support new donation platforms, system enhancements, and staff training.
