Senior Field Service Technician

This is a field-based technical role supporting critical power and energy distribution systems across customer sites in Illinois.
You will diagnose complex technical issues, execute installations and commissioning, and deliver maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits.
The role combines hands-on engineering expertise with customer engagement, operational improvement, and technical leadership.
You will work directly with customers to identify pain points, improve equipment performance, and recommend practical solutions.
As a senior technical resource, you will coach other technicians, support certification activities, and oversee complex site work.
The position offers a high degree of autonomy in a remote environment while requiring strong ownership, organization, and safety discipline.
