This is a high-impact opportunity for a growth and operations professional to help scale digital-asset Earn products across fast-moving Asian markets.
You will drive user acquisition, engagement, product adoption, and campaign performance through data-led initiatives.
The role combines growth strategy, product operations, partnerships, and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL/Affiliate, and external token partners.
A key part of the position is monitoring product performance, resolving operational issues, and improving the customer experience.
You will also contribute to the growth of VIP and institutional relationships while supporting broader business targets.
