Director of Operations - MHAS

The Director of Operations, Maternal Health Access Services (MHAS), will lead the operational performance of maternal health access programs across assigned hospital and clinic partnerships. This senior role combines healthcare operations, client relationship management, financial oversight, and strategic program improvement. You will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to align partner objectives with service delivery and patient-centered outcomes. The position offers significant exposure to hospital executives, clinic leaders, physicians, and cross-functional teams. Success will depend on building trusted partnerships while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, access, and program performance. The role is remote but requires moderate to extensive travel to assigned hospitals and clinics.
