Director of AML & Virtual Asset Compliance

This is a senior compliance leadership opportunity at the intersection of financial crime prevention, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
You’ll help shape and strengthen AML and virtual asset compliance capabilities while supporting responsible growth in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise across AML frameworks, sanctions, transaction monitoring, investigations, and blockchain risk.
You’ll advise financial institutions and virtual asset service providers on regulatory expectations and emerging financial crime risks.
The position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, regulators, law enforcement, clients, and industry partners.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business development teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
Success will require strong judgment, commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and the ability to navigate both traditional finance and the virtual asset ecosystem.
