Manager, Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Compliance based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own critical regulatory and compliance operations across a growing, multi-state organization.
You will manage the full lifecycle of licensing, renewals, and regulatory filings across more than 20 locations.
The position combines detailed regulatory research, project management, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination.
You will work closely with senior leadership while independently navigating complex government requirements and deadlines.
The role is highly operational, requiring persistence, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
You will also help strengthen compliance processes, documentation, reporting, and internal knowledge across the organization.
Depending on experience, the position may be offered at either Manager or Senior Manager level.
