Client Services Manager (FWA)

This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients using Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) solutions. You’ll manage relationships across operational and executive stakeholders while ensuring programs deliver measurable value. The position combines client service, healthcare operations, project management, and FWA expertise. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams, oversee initiatives, and proactively address operational challenges. Through data analysis and root-cause investigation, you’ll identify opportunities to improve program performance and consistency. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, matrixed environment supporting complex healthcare clients.
