Claims Service Representative (Bilingual)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Claims Service Representative (Bilingual) based in Canada.

This role is focused on helping customers navigate the first steps of their auto and property insurance claims with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
You will handle first notice of loss reports for non-complex claims while ensuring that accurate information is captured and documented.
The position combines customer service, claims administration, problem-solving, and coordination with vendors and other claim-related parties.
You will explain claims processes, answer policy and next-step questions, and help customers understand what to expect throughout their claim journey.
As a bilingual professional, you will serve customers in both English and French while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
