Business Operations Director

This is a high-impact execution role focused on building the operational engine that enables Customer Success to scale efficiently. You will turn business strategy into measurable initiatives, repeatable processes, and systems that deliver tangible results. The role spans Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and Data, giving you broad organizational visibility and influence. You’ll lead initiatives from prioritization and requirements through implementation, adoption, and measurement. A major focus will be accelerating AI adoption within Customer Success while improving operational efficiency and productivity. You’ll also establish executive reporting and governance mechanisms that enable faster, data-driven decision-making. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias toward execution and accountability.
