You will support travelers in English and French, providing personalized reservation assistance across a portfolio of renowned luxury properties worldwide. The role combines hospitality, consultative sales, customer service, and relationship building in a dynamic reservation environment. You will listen closely to guest needs, recommend tailored accommodations and premium options, and turn travel aspirations into memorable experiences.
