Accounts Payable Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical accounts payable operations within a fast-growing technology environment.
You will manage the full invoice-to-payment cycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships.
The position plays an important role in month-end close, financial reporting support, and the integrity of financial data.
You will work closely with Accounting, Procurement, and FP&A teams to resolve issues and keep financial processes running smoothly.
Beyond day-to-day AP responsibilities, you will identify opportunities to improve automation, strengthen controls, and streamline workflows.
The role is well suited to a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
