Lead Accountant (US Accounting)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Accountant (US Accounting) based in Mexico.

This is a high-ownership accounting role within a fast-growing, AI-native technology environment.
You will take ownership of daily and monthly financial operations while building scalable processes from the ground up.
The role covers close, cash management, forecasting, accounts receivable, reporting, payroll, and compliance.
You will also help introduce AI-powered workflows and automation to make the finance function more efficient.
This is an opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working with limited bureaucracy.
You will partner with leadership and non-finance teams, translating financial information into clear and actionable business insights.
