Accountability and Safeguarding Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accountability and Safeguarding Coordinator based in the United States.

This role supports the strengthening of accountability and safeguarding systems across international humanitarian and development programs.
You’ll coordinate projects, case management activities, reporting, training, and operational processes that help protect vulnerable populations and promote responsible programming.
Working remotely with country offices, regional teams, partners, and headquarters colleagues, you’ll contribute to consistent standards across diverse operational contexts.
The position combines hands-on coordination with data, documentation, systems administration, and continuous process improvement.
You’ll also help manage complaint and feedback mechanisms, safeguarding compliance, and sensitive misconduct-related processes.
