Account Representative - Healthcare EDI Software

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Representative - Healthcare EDI Software based in the United States.

This role serves as a key connection point between healthcare organizations and the technology supporting their electronic medical claims processes. You’ll work directly with hospitals and physician practices to support software setup, implementation, training, and day-to-day operations. The position combines customer relationship management with investigative troubleshooting, reporting, and healthcare billing expertise. You’ll analyze claims and billing trends, work with insurance payers to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes. You’ll also introduce customers to relevant products and features while helping them get the most from their technology. Success requires curiosity, adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple teams. This is a remote, client-facing opportunity with approximately 30% travel by car and air.
