About the role
Senior Pricing Analyst
Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their Commercial Operations team in EMEA. This role is crucial for driving data-driven pricing decisions, protecting margins, and ensuring price consistency across the region. You will provide actionable insights and analytical support to enhance profitability and shape pricing strategies, fostering a disciplined pricing mindset throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- List Price Management: Oversee the annual list price cycle, ensuring accuracy, timely implementation, and compliance with governance requirements. Manage pricing exceptions and partner with relevant teams for accurate system implementation.
- Pricing Discipline: Monitor and enforce pricing policies, including discount thresholds and tender exceptions. Maintain distributor pricing inputs and reference datasets.
- Price Discrepancy Reduction: Monitor and reduce PO price vs. Oracle price mismatches by identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
- Actionable Insights & Continuous Improvement: Analyze price capture, key pricing KPIs, and discount matrices to recommend strategic adjustments for margin improvement and market feasibility.
Collaboration
You will work closely with commercial, finance, insights, enablement teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support effective pricing decisions.
Qualifications
- BA/BS/MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing or commercial analytics, preferably in the MedTech industry.
- Extensive knowledge of qualitative analysis, finance, and statistics.
- Advanced knowledge of SFDC CPQ, BI tools (Power BI, SFDC CRM analytics), and contact management tools (Model N).
