Your Impact
The Contract Reporting and Analytics Specialist must possess strong contract interpretation skills, with the ability to read and analyze commercial contractual terms accurately. This proficiency is essential for applying commercial contract provisions to operational tasks, ensuring compliance, proper system setup, and accurate execution of contract-related responsibilities. Must possess strong interpretation skills, data collection and management, reporting, and analytics. Will support North America (USA and Canada) contracting activities and gather contract data from various systems (CLM tools, Salesforce, SAP) to create regular and ad-hoc reports on contract performance, compliance, and key metrics (e.g., renewal dates, obligations, risk exposure).
- Assist with the implementation and management of commercial contracts for North America (US and Canada) in the contract management system and SAP.
- Maintain and update contract management system records, including new account setup, verifying duplicates, and ensuring alignment with SFDC.
- For GPO and IDN members: link members to main contracts, maintain member lists in the contract management system, and establish IDNs by associating members.
- Manage GPO portal activities including: Membership updates, reporting and fee remittance.
- Ensure portal content aligns with GPO contract terms and uploaded documents are consistent.
- Prepare product price lists for inclusion in contracts and RFPs.
- Prepare fee remittance for rebates, administrative or other fees.
- Submit IT tickets to: upload product price lists and discounts; create new sales deals; modify existing sales deals; and manage any related workflows.
- Confirm data accuracy in SAP after IT ticket is completed.
- Resolve issues, manage escalations, and conduct investigations to address operational challenges.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Collect and analyze data to meet contract obligations and support business strategies using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Generate GPO, customer, and distributor monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports per contract requirements.
- Review and analyze fee reimbursement obligations per contracts and ensure fees are remitted in a timely manner.
- Review end customer fee deduction reports to ensure fees were taken properly and where the business needs to adjust in the future.
You’ll thrive in the role if
- You’ve acquired a minimum 2 years of as Sales, Contract Management and Sales Reporting experience.
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel skills are required); Salesforce.com (SFDC), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (preferred, with the ability to learn quickly).
- Additional skills in Lean methodology.
- Project management with solid analytical and negotiation skills required.

Heartstream Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $88,000 to $140,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, and/or sales commissions may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Heartstreams Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Heartstream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
