About the role
German Customer Service Representative in Portugal
Do you want to move abroad for a while, develop professionally, and enjoy sunshine and Southern European quality of life? Portugal offers exactly that – and we'll help make your start as easy as possible.
We are currently filling various positions in Lisbon and Porto for German-speaking candidates – in customer service, content moderation, or sales. We support you with your relocation and offer included housing.

- Customer support via chat, email, or phone.
- Specific tasks will vary depending on the project – we'll find the best fit for you together.
- Comprehensive paid on-site training – no prior experience needed.
- You will work in an international team on-site, but handle customer service exclusively in German.
What you should bring:
- Fluent German and good English (min. B2 level).
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a desire for something new.
- Willingness to work on-site in Portugal for at least 12 months.
