Job Description
Operational Excellence Lead
Harel Insurance & Finance is looking for an Industrial and Management Engineer to join our large and leading Operations and Methods department.
What will you do with us?
- Lead and accompany strategic cross-organizational projects on various topics, including: Organizational change management and execution, business process analysis and improvement, introduction of automation and digitization, optimization of operational systems, and building control and management tools.
- Work at the heart of the organization's business.
- Influence the organizational and business reality.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree - required.
- Graduate of Industrial and Management Engineering - a significant advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in executing Industrial and Management Engineering projects - required.
- Experience in an Industrial and Management Engineering consulting firm - advantage.
- Full command of advanced Excel functions - required.
Full-time position, Sunday-Wednesday 8.5 hours of work, Thursday 6 hours of work (short Thursday).
We are located in the Stock Exchange complex in Ramat Gan, near Savidor Center station and the light rail.
