Dr. Martens plc is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and inspiring Regional Manager to lead and empower our Store Managers across the DACH region (Germany / Austria). This pivotal leadership role is key to driving operational excellence, elevating the customer experience, and delivering commercial success across Dr. Martens stores.
As a Retail Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring each one operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and reflects our brand values. The Role – Retail Regional Manager – DACH
- Drive operational excellence across all stores, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high retail standards.
- Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand values.
- Manage regional P&L, budgets, payroll, and stock control to maximize profitability.
- Champion a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement through coaching and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
- Act as the key communication link between stores and head office, sharing insights, feedback, and strategic direction.
