Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground up and tenant improvements in the following industries: retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, and fast food experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required

Familiarity with project management software, preferably Procore.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Experience with ground-up construction and open store remodels is a plus.
