Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Azure Tier 1 Support Analyst to join our growing cloud and security services team. You’ll be the first line of defense for our clients, handling day-to-day support requests related to Microsoft Azure and security incidents. This role involves technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticketing system and respond to Azure-related support requests
  • Perform basic triage and troubleshooting for virtual machines, resource availability, and access issues
  • Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2 or engineering teams with proper documentation
  • Manage Azure-related user access, roles, and resource permissions
  • Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system

Experience Required

1–3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Azure environments. Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or Zendesk is required. Prior work in managed services or customer-facing roles is essential.

Qualifications, Skills, & Knowledge

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or MSP support models
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience using the Azure Portal and related components

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $60,000. In addition, the total rewards package includes merit-based salary increases, eligibility for a 401(k) plan, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, and flexible paid time off policy including 11 paid holidays and paid sick time.

This role requires the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in using a personal computer for extended periods of time.
