Examples of Duties

Perform routine electrical work on construction and remodel projects: installing conduit, electrical boxes, motors, receptacles, switches, light fixtures, and pulling cables.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems (security, fire alarm, energy management, card access, computer, telephone systems).
Conduct electrical demolition work, removing old wiring and equipment.
Respond to work orders for electrical repairs and installations.
Schedule work and estimate time and materials (may).
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Maintain work records and material receipts.
Perform related work as required and may be reassigned in emergencies.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of electrical experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must reside in Colorado as of the first day of work.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of commercial electrical experience.
2 years of trade school.
