Your Missions

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for steering and managing one or more Estreem platform products related to the Acquiring Clearing & Settlement scope:

  • Payment capture (remote collection, remote transmission)
  • Pre-compensation (controls, suspense, fraud prevention)
  • Merchant credit, including scheme fees calculation

Your mission will be to ensure that your products bring tangible value to both customers and the company, while remaining fully aligned with the objectives of the Acquisition domain as defined by the Product Director and the overall company strategy. Directly reporting to the Product Director of the Acquisition domain, you will take charge of the roadmap and 360° management of the products under your responsibility. You will collaborate closely with internal teams — particularly the Technology Department, including 3 squads attached to these products — to ensure the coherence and feasibility of the roadmap, especially on delivery aspects.

Your Responsibilities

Product Vision and Priorities
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and identify emerging and innovative trends to anticipate market needs.
  • Develop attractive and high-performing offers and solutions based on the needs of the market and current/target customers.
Roadmap and Discovery
  • Lead the necessary Discovery work for roadmap definition.
  • Define the product roadmap and ensure its consistency with the company's product strategy and delivery capacity.
  • Prioritize needs and arbitrate product choices in alignment with business, regulatory, and technical stakes.
External and Internal Collaboration
  • Work in collaboration with technical, customer service, and operations teams.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with key clients regarding their evolution requests and the product roadmap.
  • Be the primary point of contact for Product initiatives and ensure the coherence of actions across different departments, particularly with technical teams (Product Owner).
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product effectiveness.
  • Create and present regular reports on the results of product initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Product Management within the payments or fintech domain, ideally with card processing experience.
  • Fluent French (C2), Professional English (B2-C1)
