Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, including greeting and announcing clients, applicants, and visitors.
  • Ensure adherence to security procedures and compliance for all guests, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Follow all badging protocols diligently.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, and other common spaces.
  • Assist with the scheduling and preparation of meeting and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate the setup of conference and meeting rooms for various events.
  • Support catering arrangements and setup for meetings and events.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and food items.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and manage restocking.
  • Submit requests for building maintenance and housekeeping services as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all building and office-related needs.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the administrative team and other business units as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, reception, concierge, customer service, or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to uphold the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and business professionalism.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to adapt work schedule as needed, potentially between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
