Retail Sales Executive - Northern New England

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will act as a vital link between our premium product portfolio and our retail customers. This role combines sales growth with exceptional customer care, emphasizing relationship building, deep product knowledge, and flawless execution. You’ll drive revenue through direct customer engagement, strategic use of category and customer insights, and proactive new account development.

Responsibilities
- Generate sales by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing accounts
- Go into market every week to connect with retail partners (supermarkets, natural grocers, specialty stores) to build or acquire business
- Present Baldor’s premium product line using samples, catalogs, and consultative selling techniques
- Prepare contracts, quote prices, and manage credit terms to close deals effectively
- Provide accurate timelines for delivery, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely payment collections
- Maintain organized records of business transactions, update CRM systems, and track account receivables
- Partner with inside sales representatives to coordinate account activities and customer support
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Represent Baldor’s values while fostering long-term partnerships rooted in trust
