As an AI Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI applications, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with experienced AI engineers, data engineers, and specialist product teams to prototype, test, and scale AI-driven capabilities that deliver measurable business value. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and applied AI, and is ideal for an engineer who is excited about building reliable, responsible, and high-quality AI systems rather than standalone models.Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing applications using LLMs and GenAI Tools
- Collaborate with our API Program to ensure quality
- Create, fine tune, and adapt pre-trained models
- Monitor outputs for quality, bias, security, and continued relevance
- Propose and document experiments, prompts, and system designs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience - preferably with a focus on Data and AI
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working in modern data and analytics environments
- Solid understanding of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Hands-on interest or experience with Generative AI and LLM-based
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines, including engineering, product, and architecture teams
- Curiosity, structured problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn in a fast-moving field
