What you need
- 1-2+ years of professional experience preferred, ideally in industrial or process engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, or continuous improvement

- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and workflows for account research, call preparation, and day-to-day productivity
Nice to have
- Hands-on exposure to MES, ERP, quality systems, or shop floor operations, and/or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
- Prior experience selling into enterprise industrial or manufacturing accounts, experience with CRM (Salesforce) or sales engagement tools (Amplemarket, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.), and/or MEDDPICC proficiency
