What you need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience
Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
