What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in retirement plan sales, national accounts, or institutional relationship management within financial services
- Strong understanding of ERISA and non-ERISA retirement plan structures
- Experience working with RIAs, Broker-Dealers, and distribution platforms
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
