About this role
As a Propulsion Technician at Stratolaunch, you will be responsible for building and maintaining propulsion systems for hypersonic flight vehicles, including liquid and hybrid rocket engines. What you need
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Experience building and testing high pressure fluid/gas systems
- Ability to read and understand Plumbing and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Experience with metal fabrication and general shop skills
- Ability to work from blueprints, manuals, or diagrams with minimal guidance
- Willingness to operate or learn to operate heavy machinery

- Airframe & Powerplant License
- Rocket Systems or Test experience
- Liquid Oxygen (LOX) & Cryogenics handling and systems maintenance
- LOX Systems handling and cleaning/Clean Room experience
