  • Strong knowledge of live-event production including venue operations, hospitality, ticketing, food & beverage, and guest experience
  • Exceptional project-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, establish accountability, implement operational processes, and influence stakeholders without direct authority
