About this role
As a Principal Labor Advisor at Scout Motors, you will work closely with senior leadership and various teams to develop and implement labor relations strategies. What you need
- At least 7 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Knowledge of collective bargaining, grievance processes, contract administration, contract negotiation, and labor and management relationships
- Knowledge of current major employment and labor laws such as ADA, FMLA, NLRA, Taft Hartley, etc.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity and issues that do not always have a process or system in place
- Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale

- A master's degree in Industrial Relations
