What you need

1–3 years' of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, Business Systems, or a similar technical GTM role
Hands-on experience building AI, LLM, or agentic workflows that solve real business problems
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code automation platforms, or scripting
Understanding of GTM systems and processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
Strong analytical and experimental mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Nice to have

Familiarity with modern GTM automation, enrichment, and AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Agentforce, or similar tools
Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems
