What you need
- Significant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Integration Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Deep experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication methods, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience in reviewing logs, debugging API requests and responses, and diagnosing complex integration issues
- Successfully led complex technical implementations from discovery through production launch
- Comfortable owning complex, quarter-length initiatives and driving work forward across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive technical decisions toward resolution

- Experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams to investigate technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions
